When a Mexican Sunflower loses its petals, it doesn’t look like a flower anymore. Which is sad.

Unless you look closer to see that it now actually looks like 150 flowers… in one… Is that sad? I definitely don’t think so.

How much of this compares to the growth of a human?

It’s so easy to worship youth. The youth of others and our own youth that’s “gone.”

But what if we look closer? I don’t know what your 150 flowers are. But I do know that they’re beautiful.
